People love moving to Burgaw. It is a beautiful town with a historic courthouse square and delightful shopping and hospitality offerings. Grab a coffee at Brown Dog or a beer at Burgaw Brewing. While it retains the charm of small town, it is a short and easy drive to Wilmington, NC and the beautiful beaches of the North Carolina coast. This house sits near the end of a residential street. Put some rocking chairs on that front porch and a grill on the enormous back deck. This home is ideal for a buyer with the skill and resources to improve an older home. A lot of work will be needed. I would say that every system and surface will likely need some sort of repair or improvement. The Town of Burgaw does not have any information about the open trench in the yard.
